Day1 : Discover Luxor’s Ancient Wonders

Departure from your hotel in the morning to start your journey to Luxor. Your arrival will start your East Bank exploration, which begins at Karnak Temple, the largest religious complex that ever existed in human history, which was built to honor the god Amun. The monument, which dates back to the Middle Kingdom period, stands as a vital relic of ancient Thebes. Your next stop will lead you to Luxor Temple, which King Amenhotep III built during the 18th Dynasty and which Ramses II completed as he ruled Egypt for approximately 67 years.

You will first visit the Obelisk of Ramses II, which stands as an impressive monument, before you enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. The afternoon begins with your West Bank of Luxor exploration, which starts at the Valley of the Kings, where pharaohs from the 18th and 19th Dynasties built their tombs inside rock formations. You will visit three royal tombs (excluding King Tutankhamun’s tomb), followed by the Colossi of Memnon, and then the stunning Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, built by the female pharaoh who ruled Egypt for about 20 years.

You will check into a 5-star hotel in Aswan after your departure, and you will have dinner there before you spend the night.

Day2: Aswan Sightseeing Tour from Marsa Alam

Following breakfast, proceed with your tour to Aswan from Marsa Alam where you will be amazed by the unique Aswan High Dam which is one of the biggest engineering projects in Egypt ever built in 1960 with nice views over lake Nasser, and then see the unique Unfinished Obelisk in Aswan, built in a quarry in a granite stone that was always carved from the red granite used in the temples.

Proceed with your Aswan tour to the charming Philae Temple in Aswan, which is the most beautiful temple in Egypt, and it was dedicated to the goddess Isis, which was relocated to the current site to keep its same form when the High Dam was built.

End your tour by returning to your hotel in Marsa Alam for a relaxing day that was filled with sightseeing the best of the temples and attractions in Aswan
