Minimum Age: Participants must be at least 10 years old.
Experience: None required! This is a "step-by-step" course for beginners.
Alcohol: Strict zero-tolerance policy before diving.
Pregnancy: Diving is not permitted for pregnant women.
Health Notes: Not suitable for those with Asthma or Ear Diseases (e.g., frequent otitis media).
Trust your Dive Master: They are there to perform all necessary actions with you; your only job is to breathe and enjoy the view.
Stay Hydrated: Water is provided on the boat—make sure to drink plenty between dives.
Safe Fun: INTRO is designed as a safe, controlled form of recreation intended for everyone.
Morning: Departure & Preparation
Hotel Pickup: Direct transfer from your hotel to the port.
9:00 AM – Departure: The boat sets sail. Enjoy the sea breeze as we head to the first diving spot.
Safety Briefing: Before getting wet, your instructor will provide a detailed briefing. They will explain the equipment, hand signals, and what to expect during your descent.
Mid-Day: The Dives
First Descent: Your first 1-on-1 underwater experience with an instructor.
Lunch Break: A buffet lunch and bottled water are provided on board for all participants to recharge.
Second Descent: A second opportunity to explore a new underwater location with your instructor by your side.
Afternoon: Return
4:00 PM – Arrival: Return to the port followed by a transfer back to your hotel.
